Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Sometimes you just need a part on the back

Seriously, this is the most tone deaf COO all hands that I've ever seen. I can not believe how out of touch ML and "Pat on the back" lady are.
Gebus X krist that was about that worst all hands call I have ever had the displeasure to be on.

Also why the he-l are we chasing AI whales, when we should be targeting enterprises? Enterprises will not be building training clusters, but guess what - they still need networking equipment. What the he-l is going on, nothing makes sense anymore?!

People will start to leave after July vesting and merit & RSU awards. The awards or lack thereof will be the disappointment many need to go.

This shows how much stress the leadership team going through. I am not a supporter and a laid off employee, but I can say that if someone knows driving, that doesn't mean they can never stray. Its just the matter of time, if they know where to go they will reach.
Juniper network did well for many years and this year is totally different than any past
years. There are many twist and twirls. Its really hard time for everyone.

It was quite flat. Sounds like more disappointments in store in the coming weeks.
