Leadership in Crisis: Why It's Time for a Change at the Top

Let's face it: most of the market has lost faith in Marc Benioff's ability to lead the company. Just look at yesterday's results—a 20% decrease in the stock price in a single session. This should be enough to terminate the CEO and COO's contracts and make them redundant. Benioff seems more like a PR puppet with no real strategy for the company's future. First, we bought Slack, which many consider an overpriced and underwhelming product, for $26 billion. More recently, he was planning to acquire Informatica, a legacy company. Meanwhile, he surrounds himself with people like MM, who instill fear and distrust among employees. It's time to send these people away. Companies can't grow indefinitely; it's time to embrace values beyond just pure growth.

"values beyond just pure growth" You're in the wrong industry. That is absolutely the bottom line (pun intended) for any of these companies, in spite of the "ohana" type rhetoric.

Hey but he can brag about his Ohana culture! That had to be the biggest crock of bs ever to come out of his mouth.
