Everyone one around me is quitting. Some that don't even have another job lined up. Which unfortunately I can't afford to do. I'm curious, for anyone else seeing overwhelming attrition on your teams, is anyone getting promoted/replaced or is more work just being dumped on those that are left?

There are promotions and backfills happening.
I would say this m, as a former member of Maryland Department of labor unemployment division. Don’t quit let them fire you also download and store all of your performance reviews. Well if you can afford to quit do you and love your best life. Been real 2U fam
