The ENR guys have to really be tired of this. They went from. Great job with great pay to a good job with cr-ppy pay, now ……..
Still surprised somebody bought MRO…
There’s a new sheriff in town who thought it would actually be a COP.
The only surprise is that Board member Smolik was brought in to sell MRO after selling Noble and it took him this long! It was just hard to shed that log of assets.
the $250MM/YR G&A savings COP identified are pretty close to the G&A numbers from MRO's income statement the last 3 years...just saying
Did you see they amended the severance benefits plan as of 5/28/24. How is this allowed? There has to be a way to sue over this???
COP will keep a token few, but they’ve still got too many Concho folks around. They’ve been bloated for years and will use this as an excuse to shed their employees and Marathon’s as they shift to ai and contractors. Ask anyone who works or used to work there.
So minimum 39 weeks payout even for new hires?
The COC is not too bad.

I wish you all the worst.
New office complexes will soon be hitting the real estate market. COP won’t need duplicate spaces and a culled workforce.
Welp, anyone know how the severance is gonna look? Any changes for the CoC for us lowly employees?
What is going to happen with the EG asset? Didn't see much on this from what I've read so far. Any insights?
I feel like COP is about to have a coyote ugly experience. Congrats, you just went home with the ugliest girl at the bar.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
I can't wait to see Queen K and her minions get the axe!!! It is Christmas in May!!!!
Don't be surprised when the Prince Lee ends up in a position that might ultimately lead to him becoming CEO of COP?
$250MM in G&A savings = LAYOFFS
Good luck to all
Will they keep any of us?
COP is way over paying. The G&A savings on that spreadsheet must be big!
At least they aren’t based out of Oklahoma
