Not sure what his bowel movements have to do with inflation - however you might want to use chatgtp to figure out how pension works or discuss with a financial advisor - but better move all equities into TFC

I think he means: If I stay to the vesting point and Im due 10k, will that payout amount that Im due increase with inflation between now and when I draw in retirement. The answer is no.

The correct answer is NO. Once you start taking your pension the amount is set and it is not subsequently increased for inflation.

Pension projections are in Workday, there are assumptions made for yearly raises, which ought to account for inflation, but that's not the reality of recent years.
