So much fat in VMware (especially in Sofia), so many staff 1/2 or managers doing nothing for years. Those folks won't be able to pass new grad bar at good companies nowadays. Hock should keep them until he realizes that their teams generate 0 revenue and they hide themselves under VSphere. Similar situation in India, VCF is not done.
