Thread regarding Juniper Networks Inc. layoffs

Juniper is all smoke and mirrors - run far away! Horrid place to work.

Just a bunch of PowerPoints and false promises… Nothing is real. All of it is complete bull****. The leaders or “their lack of”, ruined this company and continue to while they are completely absent and their pockets continue to fill…

Current Juniper employees should be prepared with an alternative plan if the deal doesn’t go through with HPe (except the execs of course) or really even if it does go through - as it seems evident that future cuts are coming very soon and this will get ugly to maintain quickly whether on a regular basis or until the acquisition goes through.. even then, I bet it’ll be a long arduous journey.

People were already overstretched as it is was before I left over a year ago and considering they have continued with all of the “micro layoffs”… it’s gotta be looking pretty ugly right now…imagine what that will look like when the next big wave (that will be done quietly per usual) takes place…

Wishing the good ones who still work here, the absolute best in their future endeavors.

Having left almost 2 years ago through forced redundancy and a package, I am still waiting for copies of my P45 and P111d’s despite multiple emails to HR that get ignored, go unresponded to and here I am still chasing…

I’m told I had access to these for three months after I left, but I’m told that 3 years later and despite asking a month before I left and continuously for nearly 2 years, still nothing.

Juniper was an amazing company pre 2020 but now is somewhere I just look back on with regret for joining and shame that I stayed as long as I did.

I made some great friends with some amazing and talented people, but management forced them out, probably through fear of getting found out that their staff knew more about business than they did in a higher position…

Point me at a seller in Juniper, and I’ll point you to an order taker that relies on customers to continue buying ‘stuff’ or order takers of MIST licences that are pennies on the pound for licensing…. Big deals from big hitting sellers?.. don’t make me laugh… Juniper is sinking, and hasn’t been fit for purpose for years… what HP see in them is beyond me…. But HP aren’t exactly a big hitting company these days either, perhaps they are made for each other..

I won't quit if free money keeps coming from Juniper or HPE. If I get cut, I'll get another free money package + 12 months from Grandpa. The total could be 18 months to get paid and do nothing. A possible one-way ticket to Bangkok.

Remember, if you decide to quit, you will get nothing.

Most of the juniper employees are stuck there by their own incapacity. They are too comfortable there and also know that they can't cut it anywhere else without serious repercussions. Now, they all hoping to retire in j.
