How altruistic of you.
I got an IC offer with a 2% total comp raise from my current management position. While the benefits are worse, they are comparable to many industry standards.
I don't believe these "78%" and "60%" offers being posted here. Exxon has been more than fair and these people need to get a hobby. I've talked over the offer with my husband, and we agree that staying is for the best. I am looking forward to setting an positive example for my current reports.

But you get to do all the d r u g s. Since there’s no randos. Good way to cope. Sign me up.
@2hfn+1sHCJt8I - you forgot to mention the “random” security checks where they wand you and go through your bags.
People are still so bitter over this it's pathetic. Just don't accept the offer if you don't like it.
How many people have left your team this week? For some reason, no one wants to go to Houston! You get amazing benefits like moving to half cubes, a reduction in benefits (loss of paid healthcare, lunch, gym, no half day Fridays or rotations, etc), receive less vacation, get to reapply for your job yearly, dress up for no particular reason, compete in bidding wars with coworkers for homes, get to get more back stabby with co-workers, and get to give up your current home and community! But hey, “We have a chick-fila!”
Oh No We Won’t Go! Give us severance before we blow!

Sc--wed! This is all I can say and feel! I worked hard for this corporate game.
Activate “severance” AFTER transition…
Hmmmm. So they’re offering amounts that activate the severance package or trolls are trolling.
Guess we will find out.
60% of Total Comp in WD. I’m obviously exploring my options elsewhere. Lots of my peers in the same boat. They don’t want really want us.
I received a non offer. Was later told I was to stay on for 18 months in transition. I demanded a shorter period and simply have been ignored.

Below. 78% total comp shown in workday.
