Nothing ever comes of these surveys except they determine which areas are least happy and who to target next. Some Managers tell their teams to rate high so not targeted. Fake news.
It’s is absolutely NOT. I was sitting in a SLT meeting, years ago and we were covering comments that had been made. After one comment was read, the CEO (at the time) asked, point blank, “who wrote that”? They were told, we will let you know. It is not anonymous. Don’t let anyone tell you it is!!!!
Yes, in terms of names. However, the demographics can be used to pinpoint. If you’re the only male in your 20’s or the only Asian female they can tell.
