All the posts coalesce around bad Board, incompetent ELT, poor leadership, lack of vision/strategy, missed opportunities in the marketplace, loss of customers, no new logos, case-study on what 'not' to do, etc. Furthermore, it's sad to see the ongoing layoffs as if that will turn the company around - layoffs will continue as the Board, ELT & minions continue to enrich themselves at the expense of employees, customers, and a once-great company.
That leaves layoffs, pending lawsuits, and death-spiral as topics that haven't been fully plumbed.
