Any news on social work or social work managers be laid off? Why are they changing our attendance in huddle and changing BH huddle?

If you kiss a-s you have a job...ppl got a job as social workers only to have yhe position terminated, continue getting the pay and now do other easier coordinator duties... that is optum and management to you. ..
Social workers are the new 'reimagined' police. Jobs are everywhere. What could possibly go wrong?
Transparency and honesty have never been values held in high regard by the senior leadership at UHG.
It would be nice if leadership would grow a backbone and tell us the truth about where social work is headed with Landmark, instead of spending time developing power points that can only be shared in secret and are so vague you need a degree in speculation to figure it out. Good grief. The way staff are treated is so dysfunctional 🤦♀️🤯
If BSW’s are replacing LMSW’s then why aren’t they hiring BSW’s? And when will this take place?
SWMs are being replaced by the HSMs. That's what being said without being said. I don't know the future of the social workers. The role is being reduced to BSW level case management.
