Is HiTouch performing any better? I am hearing a lot about internal politics & poaching Staples customers happening. Will it survive or tank?

MR WR and CD definitely have those teams going in the right direction. Given the time, those three will have Hitouch hitting high end numbers.
Those Staples managers and even sales representatives were pretty darn talented people too. Probably a good reason they left.
Fired tenured furniture experts from Staples and moved the business to Hitouch. I wouldn’t call that teamwork. I would call that getting rid of tenure and experience for a lower cost model and a business model that sells through Amazon which is a direct competitor of Staples and crushing the commercial business. Hitouch operates as a standalone business and does not take pride in the Staples connection.
And I thought it was the same company in theory. Obviously some don’t think so - in practice anyway. So much for TEAMWORK.
Not only taking customers but recruiting all of Staples management too.
