Miss an email? Bless your heart. There's never an email. That would instill panic and fear throughout the rest of the bank. We can't afford to have the grunts and underlings sitting around the office less productive and unmotivated by dread and gloom, further spreading a toxic workplace culture. Oh wait. Nevermind.
