Good idea in theory but honestly, if you really want to hurt them, quiet quit. Do just enough to not get fired while you look for another job. They are going to replace you eventually with someone from India.

This company will NEVER EVER allow a union to be stood up underneath its own unethical business practices. Youre better off finding a job elsewhere, cuz until tech as a whole get unionized we will continue to get sc--wed over. And now after 15+ years in the field I completely regret this field even though I love it.

A bunch of game company developers have unionized under CWA in recent years. I'd give it a shot. There's nothing keeping this company in check. DOJ couldn't.
