VMWare doesn't need to worry about Nvidia. They need to worry about the mass migration of enterprise away from Vmware due to the sticker shock of price increases. Even if companies aren't fully divesting they are developing virtual infrastructure alternatives in case it gets more ridiculous.
Broadcom trained techies are there at top level and managing the oracle erp
