I keep hearing rumbling. Anyone know if layoffs are coming to OBHS - what areas, etc.?

OBHS may be fine but am hearing they are shutting down Landmark BH which does provide clinical services. Also, there is the thought that bachelor level or HS edu is sufficient for BH
The fact that OBHS has laid off or will lay off is completely absurd. BH services are growing and the last thing you want to do right now is cut staff. What does OBHS have to do with the state of the cyber attack? You have one business segment doing well and making money, leave them alone.
Layoffs or not, you should leave anyway. The management could not care less about their employees. You are simply tools or cattle to them. Based upon budget, you will be added or dumped without care or concern for your wellbeing. They will squeeze every ounce of work out out of you while you are there, whether you are happy about it or not. And what do you get for your long work hours and sacrifice? You certainly won't get compensated financially. Maybe you'll get a worthless bravo, or one of those insincere "thank you, we really appreciate your hard work" statements. Those are free, so why not? Those empty words don't make up for the the stress and time away from family.
And while you do all of this, you can take discomfort in the fact that you are paid at the bottom of the market scale and have virtually no chance of advancement in that organization. But worry not, your grade 31, 32 and executive level leadership are making hundreds of thousands a year telling YOU to do the work.
You would be crazy to stay.
