I do believe the majority of the customer service team, still working remote are now fully aware of the layoff looming. I’m so sorry to all my fellow co workers on frontline. These last few months have been completely stressful and miserable.

In December and Aprils L2s had silent layoffs.
While I don't doubt that there could be a layoff looming I still would like to hear how the person knows that it's coming this is an anonymous site they still remain anonymous say how they know it's coming. Just wondering the same as others is this concrete.
There is only a small group of people in the company have knowledge of layoffs. No one is going to toss out a title about this. Unfortunately it’s a waiting game. If nothing else this serves as a warning that there are rumors and to at least be prepared in the event it happens. There are red flags everywhere, one just needs to look. If they don’t happen great we get more borrowed time and if they do at least you saw this and can have a game plan for what you are going to do next. There are threads on this site clear back in 2022, announcements of future layoffs that did in fact happen it’s been right more than it was wrong. Don’t forget some are big layoffs and even news organizations pick up the story. Others are silent and I can assure you there have been a ton of silent layoffs you never knew happened. Take the information as you will if you find out June 28th by logging in that your job is gone, at the least you can not act surprised.
To the person posting that layoffs are definite at the end of June, can you tell us how you know without mentioning names of course or even titles. I would just like to know if it's more than a rumor I'm sure we would all like to know . And as far as the L2s in B2C being let go, when did this happen?
How many people did that total? They left 1 person?
They JUST riffed all the remote L2s in B2C except one and there is a job posting for a B2C sales manager in Athens.
SST agents dont get a lot of calls and the new SST system will reduce a lot of jobs.
SST is rolling out a new system that is going to cut down the majority of their contacts / calls. Given how much "ready" time is available in the department ... it seems inevitable. Not sure how much specialized will be affected in this rumored layoff though.
Are we getting a severance package? All we’re waiting on.
Is this concrete? From a higher up?
Lay offs for remote customer service agents is definitely happening by the end of June.
You mean the rumor about the end of june? For digital remote
They just hired in LPS, CARE, there’s other remote positions open including management. I’m not convinced all of remote is being laid off.
