Not sure how they can expect anyone to want to work here when they constantly lay off good employees and force current employees to take on responsibilities without replacing them. Employees live in fear and it is a disempowering work environment where expertise in an area is verbally disapproved of and they wonder why their big innovation projects always fail.

New president under an old regime = layoffs. There have been so many quiet changes happening under the new president that many of us not at a leadership level have no idea what’s going on until it’s too late. For years Maryville presented a brave face to the public that it’s fine, but it’s not. I have a feeling that everything is about to change really soon and so many good people will be affected.
