Boeing had a moral compass problem 20 years ago. Boeing now has a low aerospace employee IQ problem with no way to solve it.

Integrity lost.
It's what happens when you turn a performance based company into a social club, one big reverse pyramid running through anybody who is qualified.
Boeing has a lot more than just a moral compass problem, it has all sorts of problems across the board…. Insane!
