Don’t believe the post about the package. Not everyone gets what they stated about the package. It’s based on a variety of factors.
Well they got 9-12 months of salary. LTI payout. Prorate of next year's bonus. 180 days of insurance.
Not to shabby of a package.
Oklahoma City is such a swell place to be laid off and looking for a new job now.
The sad truth is that those of us who didn't get let go are just as bummed, as we don't have an obvious quick way out of this decaying place.
Is this new cycle of layoffs a more toxic and family destroyer than any of the previous ones ?

So sorry for the ones that got let go today. I hope all got a good package. The world and economy has changed and not for the good ;(
Campus was becoming a ghost town already. Once again we are doing more with less. Tomorrow we will pick up the pieces as we clean out all of these offices and prepare for another office move. This place is a broken record that keeps playing the same ole tune. Thoughts are with the ones affected as equally with the ones who are staying. At this point I’m not sure who is the lucky ones.
