They really need to restructure. The branches in the U.S. are a mess. Terrible unproductive and lazy management.
The company is littered with management titles. Probably more managers leaching off the company than general workers

"Heard this to on local our management call last week!"
Not to be rude, but it's hard to discern this broken sentence. I think I get the sense of it. But still, it's sort of inscrutable.
In DISW, there has been no similar news like that infrastructure call. If anything, there's quite a bit of hiring for back-fills because many long timers have retired. Then again, this is a different Siemens company.
Heard this to on local our management call last week!
Infrastructure call 2 weeks ago w India and emerging markets to consolidate processes and minimize tiers. Restructuring to a remote “virtual”national and global GTM strategy adopting consolidated technological platforms minimizing in person management tiers. Basically removing in person management and deploying more technology applications and processes in adoption to the AI movement
To the OP: What's the source for this? Or is it your speculation? Or is it your summary of what you read in an article? It's hard to tell.
What leadership team? The one for Gamesa?
It’s about time!!
