“Thank you, but $xx is not xx%, it’s maybe half of that. Why the discrepancy?”

“Bonuses are a privilege.”

“No, they are part of my comp plan. My bonus is 15%, 50% of that is $Y, and what you just stated is not $Y, it’s much less.”

“Bonuses are a privilege.”

And that’s how the Director bonus talk went this year.

In all seriousness, Perficient used to be a great place. The last 3 years have been a serious slide in personality, genuine people, professionalism. and over all work ethic from the top. The attitudes at the sales conference makes me question everyone now.

Perficient current project model is not much different than Indian offshoring companies. A single US person and everyone else offshore India or South America.
