Not a single visit to a Walgreens visit goes without either a systems outage or a complete train wreck with regards to a customer interaction. The pharmacists are overwhelmed, understaffed, and unequipped with systems that are consistently "up" and available. The stores themselves are constantly in need of repair - doors out of order, refrigerators broken, worn down furnishings, etc. Neither Tracy or Neal seem to get it, the stores need help. Do something! Better yet, leave, so someone who actually does get it can and will do something!
And Neal. After the entire company was having issues AGAIN today. Plz. Thx.
