Our strategy was poorly thought out and even more poorly executed. We don't know how to increase our revenue so we need to cut costs. Staff are costs and that means you. Our previous attempt at just reducing the numbers was shown to be inept as we just rehired them all so we recognise that these jobs should be kept...but just in India.
In truth there is a systemic issue with some of the people being promoted. I think our interview templates are appalling so you get under-qualified people in roles that just don't move the dial. McKinsey analysis and strategies are another core issue. Extremely expensive and just totally useless.
I have multiple examples from other friends in the industry of how wasteful we have been in renewables. Some v poor SLLs
