Now in every meeting, survey and discussion I am going to be bringing up how the company needs to start paying for 1 meal a month for all the employees seeing how I’d like to get wined and dined before I get royally fućķ3ď with my job and livelihood, but what do I know.

Disagree. Save my lunch money and put it towards my bonus at the end of the year. I can make my own lunch.
Haha our leadership started requiring biweekly on-camera team calls for "culture building." Just let us get the job done and leave us be. If you cared about us as people, you'd talk about the layoffs that are happening to people we need to work with on projects.
I'm sorry, but a Happy Meal a month does nothing for me. Just pay me and stabilize the workforce for GROWTH, you can keep the meal and give it to the OP'er. He seems famished to the point of delirium .

You are free at any time to work elsewhere nobody has you chained down to this horrible establishment. You put them chanins on all by yourself
Our TEAM has lunch together every last Friday of the Month, and go to the Movies once a month after work. Today we are going to IF. We love our coworkers and job. Sorry you are so disgruntled. Try looking inward for change.
