Management will be going past the point on no return on a new initiative called “ba--s deep” on your mental health. @3dxl+1sC55YDx- they don’t have much to do if they are so focused on CAPS on an email. Wow… petty! May I ask what dept you are in?
Or also what you can do now is just straight f-cķĩng radio silent in EVERYTHING. All teams messages regardless if private or in groups, group meetings, surveys etc. and for like 1:1 meetings I would just fake it like you give a sheet and just do whatever you can to get the 1:1 teams call over with.
Doing the above is how I made it to 5 years here
To the commenter who said about the management pettiness:
- Can it be deemed harassment by management?
- You need to be on watch now in your teams for others who do the same and then screenshot it and then deliver said evidence to management and HR Direct and request the reprimand be removed
- With what you typed in caps, can it be seen by others you work with as: unprofessional, unethical, immoral?
If they start to knit pick you at work then you need to start knit picking right back with them and how they avoid helping answering or how they let trivial little stuff “slip” by them. They WONT like but Atleast they’ll know you’re willing to stand up for yourself and not be a sheep like they want. I should also add in to act according to what your grade level can handle.
I literally was just reprimanded at work because I lack positivity when I speak and I didn’t take the CAPS lock off when I replied to a Teams question
Such pettiness with management!
