Word is they are coming for apprentices next. Management has been working on early retirements but it would cost too much in the short term. So the route they will probably take is cut apprentices soon.

Most apprentices I have worked with and trained work harder and have a better work ethic than a majority of the old heads around here who think they’re entitled to every little thing.
Get rid of them. All they do is look at their phones and being d-mb. It is the new gen workers that are worthless.
That means that they’d have to hit barstow hard and they can’t afford to furlough all the ones they just hired…or can they? I mean surprised they haven’t got them system wide already
Well I would recommend testing out and not being an apprentice anymore!
