@zjr-Will the manager get disciplined as well, since after they are responsible for productivity? Or is the manager innocent as usual, while agreement employees are considered “lazy”?

mechanical car department is fine cutting utility conductors and adding carman.For every 4 carman adding a manger will be added.Productivity target will be increase and carman will pay for their wages by making repairs this leads to more safe trains .If carman don't make target for productivity they will be disciplined.
