If there was any doubt as to the lack of competency of leadership, that doubt has been removed. The TH was a disaster, just like their decision making. Everyone at my site is a buzz with how untrustworthy, unreliable, visionless, and clueless the upper echelon is.
This is the first time I’ve seen an overwhelming collective thought of the lack of faith of the upper echelon this even so from the most of faithful koolaid drinkers. Those that wholeheartedly towed the company line still may do so to an extent but it will not be with the exuberance as once before.
How can you ask for and innovation and to take things to the next level when the populous has this level of faith in the upper MD and CEO?
There are new comers to the company who are trying to go back where they came from realizing that the current environment at Citi has all the makings of a sinking ship.
