Any layoffs on Wed April 24th? What time do people normally get notified? 9AM?

They had a bunch of layoffs last week already. But there's probably more on the way. Assume that they will lay off all US employees until everyone is in either India or the Philippines. Except for the high high high of executives that make all the money and bonuses. Just offshore everything is there motto now.
Typically the Thursday at the end of a pay period.

Probably not. Layoffs almost always happen Thursdays.
I don't think they have to determine anything. I think they did research/planning in Q2 or 3 2023 and decided Q3 or 4 2023 what roles are being laid off and when this year.
Has anyone heard anything about the Optum/Landmark Social Work Manager role?
Most are business facing.. next support cost centers aka tech. If I have to guess about next wave.
What is the severance they usually offer?
There will be next week, they have to determine who will take roles they are offered via the layoff /— they offered jobs to some in different divisions instead of layoff but then you don’t get severance
Optum Landmark /HBC will loose another 10-20% of employees
Optum IESNP is shutting down sales and states except WI, WA, OR, and OH
Virtual care is shuttered
Pharmacy / Optum RX will do more
OptumCare will loose more nurses and office staff in clinics
