I read from Internet that Tesla China this round layoff was more than 10%, sales team went beyond 30%. Can anyone tell more about Tesla Shanghai layoff? Giving more car produced in Tesla Shanghai than California, Texas, and German combined in 2023.

Tesla withdrew offers to new recruits in China with one month base salary to say "sorry".
Some source says 50% layoff on sales team in China. Any one knows - overall sales force or just in Shanghai?
As I read, Tesla offers N+3 severance package (N means years of service, +1 means in lieu of notification) which is 2 months more than Chinese law requirement.
