I am convinced that posts like this would not exist if it were not for the deliberate prohibitionary attitude towards the substance. The company donated $50k trying to prevent the law from passing, and now the employees make these consistent posts as a reminder of how the old white guys in the c-suite had their heads in the sand and didn’t speak for the majority. They should remember to leave their religious and personal beliefs at the door.

With that complete incorrect reading of the law I'm guessing you are in the legal department.
OK has laws protecting the employees so a random wouldn’t matter. The company would have to show that they were in a safety sensitive role or else the Company would be liable for a significant law suit for wrongful termination.
No random dr-g tests... why not celebrate....
