They (SL & ME) are once again stating that there are positions to transfer to and reskilling opportunities.
Has anyone located these magical opportunities? They are doing their best to disguise this offshoring as anything but offshoring.
Lots of horsesh-t execu-speak being spewed, but I guess that's what SL & ME are paid for.

There are no opportunities.
They just keep lying to avoid people being serious about fighting them for their rights and their jobs.
They are laying off productive staff to hire the same roles again in India or via contract staff in eastern Europe.
You can look for job listings on the career portal and clearly see the roles do not exist. Managers are all telling teams they are "trying to request roles" for them to transfer... This is a lie. They just want to string staff along with false hope so they can walk them off a cliff without a fight.
