Nailed this one.
BM bragged about making decisions on who stayed and who went and made some very poor decisions that had pivotal impact on many lives. Not in a good way for people or for business. Cold as ice and inexperienced.
Who is BM? Brook Mccasky?
Strategy made very poor leader and role decisions having a big impact on performance and culture.
Why would all of Maitland be doomed because of BM? That’s makes no sense whatsoever
