My teammate and I had issues late last week when we tried to place an order for novelties/swag from Ariba. We were never able to complete the orders. I don't think this was coincidental.
Yes Optum ASR's not able to log into WFM NICE schedules and also the Optum landing page. There was also something about IT issues using Blackberrys too.
