Instead of helping those with behavioral health issues they are creating a group of folks that will do damaged it will take intense trauma work to sort through it all! This goes for members and employees alike! Employees are no different then the mbrs bc they are sc--wing everyone over! The thing is they know they are doing it but the cycle of abuse just continues. And what do we tell clients that are in an abusive relationship? Stop and think about that for a second! I bet reality just hit you like a ton of bricks! Get out of this abusive situation it will not be easy, but you’ve got to for your own sanity!!

Their coverage of behavioral health care is atrocious. So many providers will not accept UnitedHealth cactuses their reimbursement is so poor. I pay out of pocket to take my child to a therapist who won’t take UHC. I wonder how many others do the same?
Yeah, I agree. I for one didn’t even look at the type of work I was doing (behavioral health claims processing). Leadership only told us to focus on the amount of claims going out the door.
