Can’t wait to see what his raise was this year. I mean, all GL30+ got no raises right? Only fair for him to be in the same boat.

Didn’t the Brit come from a bloated and failing SKF pharmaceutical company? His leadership skills never moved me in any positive direction, in fact he came across as a woke liberal who seemed to care more about pronouns and diversity training then efficacy in healthcare. Didn’t he oversee the obscenely expensive dev-ops retraining program which must never have been measured by any success metrics, otherwise he would have been replaced! Cronyism by my immediate management chain is probably indicative of cronyism at all mgmt levels and keeping him in his position. But more failures and we will need to teach the Brit some principles of American capitalism, as in the buck stops with you! Now give the money back🤣

Personally, if I made that amount of money in one year, I'd retire. Seriously, are these people ever content?!

I don’t think he’s American. He’s worked with China and the World Economic Forum. He has no interest in the little man. It’s all about making money for himself and his investors. He benefits from his subordinates’ hard work.

Similar to all the other large health plan organization- and just think of all the C-suite salaries. Big corporations need to be stopped.

With all that money, you'd think the dude could dress a little better - but he's always in "free?" optum/uhg branded clothes...

As if that's his worth! At that rate, I'd expect he should be able to sh!t platinum along with all the other overpaid and overhyped execs. But in reality they're just a bunch of a$$holes, no better than the rest of us!
