Costco pays way more than Walmart. Costco has better benefits, and employees are treated better.

At least in corporate IT, stick with Walmart.
Costco has some managers without any technical degrees (no degree) managing some of their AI stuff. Cutting edge work requires cutting edge brains not people who got promoted from stacking shelves.
