So many mixed messages from leadership. Flexibility blah blah but always skating on RTO. Just announce it so people can starting planning their life and commute and days around it. Ridiculous.

I was told that Hans is sending an email on 5/1 for 8x a month with days determined by team. My boss in Tulsa doesn’t want to go in and is trying to fight it for us. I don’t want to go in since it will mess with my DoorDash job at lunch.
Yes. Go to work...babies.
3 days a week. Now quit cryin’ and get to the office.
I want to see more stories of people living across the country do those super commutes media is pushing where they take a plane between states and them uber/bus to the office tio save on rent/mortgage.
Stay tuned for your next up to speed to hear about how much these vteamers love the office and getting their air miles as a big perk!
Home Based Front Line BAU until those roles get outsourced
Home Based Others (GTS, VCG/VBG Ops, VGS Ops) will be switched to hybrid
Confirmed. Affects hybrids only. True home-based employees will continue as such.
It will impact ONLY the home based hybrid roles.
RTO is dead!
Will this impact those that are “home based” or just those classified as hybrid?
The RTO is coming. I have seen it and heard it. Thats what 4/30 is about
Sampath and corporate going 2x a week after 4th of July then 3x a week in 2025. The leaders are tired of people not coming in and b’tchin’ when they do come in. They are also hoping to have a silent rif with everyone who moved away from their assigned office once their vacation time runs out. So long as people are off the books prior to STI guarantee payout date. #savings
Who care about ATT?
This is Verizon and Verizon did better with WFH.
Also, you type like the other clown who was claiming they’re a tech.
as an AT&T employee hope you're management treats you better than ours. AT&T's RTO is a complete freakin debacle made to compound the most possible misery on the employees: telling you to drive in 3-5 days a week even if you live 100-250 miles away from the office, re-assigning your job to Dallas but not you (you can move to Dallas on your own dime for the job but no guarantee you will still have it in 6 months), make you carry your equipment in every day to sit at a table, no permanent seating. If you do end up with a RTO policy, I pray that you guys get a more humane policy than our C-suite monsters have given us
Why not wear them to work? HUB pajama party will get RTO going.
Sooooooooo do we RTO , or can I keep my batman jammies on ?
WAAAAAAAAA, I have to go to the office
I like how everyone is fighting over RTO and here I am in a position that never went remote and realistically never can go remote.
The people asking are the ones who have either bought (or in the process of buying) a home 4+ hours away from the nearest Verizon office.
About half my team has moved since COVID, and all are out in the middle of nowhere.
They are trying to get it to happen through osmosis or some kool aid contagion with all their hub events and leadership sponsors.
Come join our culture and become one with the verizon.
@qqe... It's the same poster who was asking about a vaxx mandate for 18 mo straight before everyone realized it was worthless, and worse, potentially dangerous. At least she's moved on to her new quest, RTO.
OP, take control of your future by finding new employment that aligns with whatever arrangement is best for you and yours. The holding pattern you're in is self-imposed. Good luck.
Get a life!!!
