Search Optum on Linkedin and sort by newest. It is SPAMMED with recruiters posting jobs. Im sure in attempt to hide any negative posts. All the posts have the same text. Was the entire recruiting team given a script to post on Linkedin?!

Some recruiters opt into a program that allows the company to post on their behalf about open positions, working at Optum, etc. The recruiters don't have control over what's posted and very often aren't the ones assigned to the positions that get posted on their pages.
Their claim is that they have instructed recruiters to put priority on re-hiring those affected by the layoffs. That’s a tall task.

I checked with few recruiters about their post and they said they dont know about the position.
