Realistic outlook. This transition is going to be challenging for everyone involved.

A new BU brand name, with the same business model and obsolete legacy software apps.

Gloomy outlook.

You don't need to be Omnissient to realize that without the rest of VMware backing it up, EUC's inept management has no cover, no bailout. And the market has no room for failure.

"the management of this company will continue to show their true colors which are complete incompetency!"

That's been my concern all along. By keeping the leadership team status quo, KKR has doomed us to the ramblings of the inept and an echo chamber of obsolete product ideas.

"Looking forward to new adventures with Omnissa!"

There will be a combination of confusion and business decline together with loss of talent and employee time as the management of this company will continue to show their true colors which are complete incompetency!

Hope you enjoy the ride...

I agree, like Broadcom, KKR will need time to create a list of the type of jobs that will be saved and then select the people to fill the remaining headcount. VPs and Directors may be involved in the final selection with HR involved. That's the process. Be patient.

We have to wait for the deal to close. No one knows for sure when that will be.
