In SCC I heard they laid of 5 business VPs, all the Senior CSM, several CSMs for restructured being offered to move to a different division ((Home based care), Lots of PER/PARs.
Someone in Florida told us all the IESNP programs are going away except 4 states. Their VP and DCO are horrible every time someone talks about them.
Same - GL 29 with 17 yrs, performance all 4s and 5s, May 2 is last day
review performance has zero to do with the ki-l list. all driven by a simple SQL query of cost indexed by business unit. then the filter of if you are toggled as part if the in crowd. Not unique to optum pretty much done at every publicly traded company. not personal just business
Grade 29. In position less than a year but at co 9 years overall. Horrible time to be riffed.

I know of 1 PG28 and 1 PG30 (Director) riff'd today and 2 other Directors resigned at Ootim Care Solutions today 4/18.
