There’s 450 open job listed on Glassdoor on the day after they announced another 1% cut. Why can’t they close open requests and not backfill instead of cutting current employees? It was the same in February when they cut 10% there were 900 plus open listings still up. Helen in HR is terrible at workforce management.

No hiring is being done. It’s all a scam, lay-off list grows every day.

Have to maintain the fiction that everyone is hiring and that there are plenty of job openings. The real question for those looking for work is whether you are finding it?
