It's no secret Dell has been suppressing labor costs by converting I9 leavers to I7 reqs.That might considered comp based age descrimination, since a lot of I9 IC's are over 60. Just sayin"...

Yup. Age related and seniority= target for layoff. Happened to me and many others. Funny thing is I was later contacted and encouraged to apply for my old job but as an i7. I laughed at that dummmass director and signed him up to Scientology
