Looks like FTR is being hacked currently. Employees can’t work, people can’t access the site…

Yes, under previous leadership Frontier was a total disaster. And most were promoted to LM then director. In so the disaster continues

This was the most obvious "What him? The guy can't think on his feet." But of course they check all the boxes.

Who will Nick blame (anyone but himself of course) for this cyber attack that crippled the company for a week? Of course he will scream at the entire IT teams and accept zero accountability.

More posts from folks living their best life in the past.......

Yes, under previous leadership Frontier was a total disaster. But it's not now, yes, there is more to do, so let's get on with it. I'm an ordinary tech and I'm ALL IN......

We've NEVER taken more customers than we do now, it's a simple FACT. Look at the results.

"When we became Frontier from Verizon we started to mail customer the modems. Sound like a Walmart self checkout?. The company just drove the customer away. It has nothing to do with lazy union techs it out for blood management. Policy caused this."

If there was a known vulnerability within Palo Alto networks and a threat to critical infrastructure systems through an exploit of the VPN, when was the telecom company notified of that information?

Lack of transparency in leadership coupled with cut and paste responses = speculation. There needs to be clear, consistent communication between departments if this company wants to be successful.

Everything was hush hush until today. Not even Union said anything.

Their public relations office doesn’t appear to be getting in front of this internal issue that is negatively affecting customers. The customer posts on social media are ugly. FTR made positive improvements towards customer satisfaction and that has been flushed in the last 24 hours, it’s really a shame.

Kathy, I'm sure you have thought of a cellphone.. If your 99yr old mother is alone, that pretty impressive! I’m sure she can figure out a cell phone. Start thinking about having redundancies in place. It’s a great feeling to be self-reliant.

My 99 year old mother has not had her phone service for a week. The technician was supposed to come on Monday.

Has Frontier been hacked. Or is IT just incompetent. Or both. We should know if it’s one or the other very soon. If they’ve been hacked. They have to publicly announce it. Since we’re not only a communications company but a publicly traded company. It’s a federal law they have to report a hack. Do they even know this? I’m betting they do. Will they report it. Not unless they are forced to. I wonder if they realize this hack has the potential to affect employees private information as well as customers. It seems the lawsuits are lining up for Frontier on a number of fronts.

The amount of money Frontier is losing. WOW! Don’t be surprised at more people being let go again based on this. Remember, you are a robot for them. They don’t care how hard you work and that we have a family to feed and bills. Never did, never will.

Has anyone heard about jobs being furloughed as a result from this or should it be a concern to some of the workers?
