Wondering how many of Citi staff are reporting to proxy managers. You were in a big team earlier and now because of reorg ended up with a different manager who is a proxy, and still unofficially report to your old manager. I am seeing many level 8's having this issue. A team of 40 got distributed to 3 different proxy managers but told that nothing changed in their job scope and reporting!

In Citi, more SVP's and D's are simply sitting idle taking the final results than their contribution during the project. They became simply SVP or D using favoritism and politics.
