The new manager wouldn’t tell me what’s the plan and what I need to do. It’s like sitting idle and do nothing. Atleast they should start engaging the employees in their discussions for simplification plans.

Last week the statements were. I have been moved under a new manager, have no clue what the org charts looks like or what they are going to be doing. Funny, managers have no clue either. Good way to run a business!

it does feel like people are doing even less work than previously. I don’t know what to make of it.

My theory is that because there are still seven more quarters left of layoffs, people are hesitant to want to work to get things done because getting things done invariably involves pi----g people off, and they don’t want to ruffle feathers.
