Once Citi phases out the “legacy” employees, Citi will then have a chance at being successful.
You are right, Jane is yet another CEO who sits at top and trying random experiments. Fix has to be made in ground or grass root level.
Would it make any difference? Maybe our CEOs are all the same person but in drag?
