Doesnt stop making jokes......... ice breaking is one thing but the non stop comedy show is ridiculous and disrespectful.
Big waste of time. I was irritated by the comment he made about people saying what "management should do". He proceeded to talk about that saying "if you are pointing a finger at others, three more are pointing at you. Think about what you can do.". Sorry that doesn't apply here as he is making it seem like the "people" have to power for change.
We don't have the power to change things on the level of EMT and other upper management. SO just another way for EMT/senior teams to let us know they do not think they are accountable for cr-p. Lol. Double smh!
