this is the most recent post. How do you know it was Skill 1? I saw it was all sales teams, B2B etc. I'm in digital chat/sms and we were told last week we were being moved to phones, to help with WayDay and "business needs" but couldn't be told that we would go back to Digital.................

said, it’s, skill 1’s in digital and flex. This did not affect all North America remote digital and flex teams, at least not yet. Although since those departments were spared from previous layoffs. I doubt this is the end of them for frontline as you can see in recent posts on this site, they are pushing to have all remote frontline gone, they have and will have the man power to cover all the positions being lost. Days are numbered. Everyone just has to make the decision to stick it out until you log into work on a random weekday to an email stating your position is gone or you can plan now for what will happen later and find a more sustainable job.

Digital sales and customer service reps. Its very strange as customer service is super busy, everyone is saying the jobs are being offshored to Jamaica.
